Axion — ERP for Serviced Accommodation

Cogie Limited needed one system for a portfolio that mixes nightly guests and long-term tenants — bookings, billing, maintenance, and reporting were previously split across spreadsheets and separate tools. We built a single ERP to run all of it, with a CRM tracking every guest across every stay, wallets for deposits and billing, maintenance ticketing with staff notifications, inventory tracking, and a management dashboard with real-time analytics across the entire portfolio. What started as one company's ERP is now Axion — available to license.
